We offer training for mediators, attorneys, judges, mediation trainers, human resources personnel, other professionals, peer (i.e., school) mediators and others. Course topics include Basic Mediation, Advanced Mediation, Train-the-Trainer (for prospective mediation trainers), Negotiation, Conflict Management, Advocacy in Mediation, Dispute Resolution System Design and Peer Mediation
All courses are highly experiential. Theory is presented in small segments and reinforced through skill-building exercises, role-plays and working group sessions.
